Good place to stay however...
3/5 Good location and close to all attractions in Boone. Space is enough for 8 adults and it's not suitable for kids as mentioned in the description of the house. Kitchen has all the utensils if you want to cook. Spacious balcony to enjoy tea or your favorite drink.Two things I would like to mention here.Low water pressure - It's very low specially upstairs bathroom and you won't enjoy your bathBig Ants - I understand that house is in mountains so you are bound to see some insects but the amount of BIG BLACK ANTS we saw was terrible. Overall place is good!

I do hope that you enjoyed your stay at my home, other than the issues that you have mentioned. Yes, the ants were a problem for a couple of weeks. I had not experienced this problem in the past. Unfortunately they were still there while you guys were visiting. We do a regularly scheduled pest control/maintenance check on the house but somehow we still had an issue with the pesky devils. I really do apologize!!
I apologize that the low water pressure in the house was a problem for you guys. The house does sit at the highest point in the neighborhood and the water is provided by a community well, which doesn't always provide my house with the best water pressure. I am planning to install a captive air tank and pump to the plumbing system in the house this winter. This should take care of the water pressure problem.
I do hope that you will consider returning on your next visit to Boone.
