  This property desperately needed mowing because the grass was very high. They mowed the day before we checked out and grass and gravel was strewn all over the driveway. Inside had mounds of black dog hair and dust. There was black dog hair on the furniture, the comforters, and really dirty under the queen bedroom. The rental had no dish drainer, no strainer, no serving or mixing bowls, no hot pads., and no laundry basket. The queen bed was very comfortable.

• Very nice place in quiet neighborhood

  This was nicely done and in a quiet neighborhood. Away from beach but very spacious and adequate for our trip. I ended up adding an extra night at the last minute and the owner was easy to reach and accommodated me with no issues.

• Water Damage

  This property was flooded out the day before I booked my stay. After realizing the property had visible water damage marks on the doors and the linen closet smelled musty I reached out to the property manager. The furniture also had been hit with water damage as well and then placed back in the “updated and repainted air b&b” when those drawers were opened i was unbelievably upset the mold that was growing in those drawers, i had been breathing that in and im pregnant and after speaking with the owner of the rental she said she tried to take the property off the market and knew it was flooded and tried to 4 dehumidifiers up until the day i got there. the towels were never washed . The shower was visibly dirty. The silverware was still packaged together. It was all just tossed together. After going back and fourth with evolve and the property owner I requested a refund in which evolve wasn’t willing to finish their process and the property manager had no idea how to go about the refund. She said she was very new to this but never understood or acknowledged the host fees that evolve charges the guests. Overall it looks great from pictures but I won’t ever stay here ain’t and I for sure won’t recommend it or evolve.
