Needs improvement
3/5 Toiletries were missing the blanket, smell like they’ve have never been washed like old smell. The fire alarm went off because the vent above the stove was not working. There was no ceiling fan blades and one of the rooms so it was super hot in that room was in the front door and the back door and by the washroom they did come out and spray the next day for those Could do a little touchup and painting we could not get the TVs to work either in the room or the family room because of Internet oh yes, poor Internet services

- We apologize if the supply of toiletries was not sufficient. While we did have a small supply on hand, we’ll ensure there are additional paper products for future guests.
- The blankets in the home were recently purchased and washed before your arrival.
- Regarding the wasps, our team promptly handled this by spraying around the exterior and removing the nest after being notified.
- While the TVs in the bedroom and dining room are functioning well, we understand that the internet connection may have caused some interruptions. Unfortunately, this has occasionally led to Roku connectivity issues, although it still allows for basic gaming.

5/5 Good rental properties in this area are hard to find. This older home has updates, charm, and a nice yard with lots of room for my German Shepherd to roam. It was a relaxing spot for us to retire to in the evenings. We will very likely rent again, as we are in the process of building a home about half an hour away.
