End of summer getaway
5/5 The location of the property was excellent… Close to so many attractions. The house itself was very clean and had everything that we needed and then some. The only issue we had was that the fire pit was out of commission. Instead, we had plenty of wood to build a wonderful fire in the fireplace, I would highly recommend this property and would certainly rent it again!

Clean and comfortable
5/5 This was a perfect place for our trip! The place was clean (top priority!) and stayed very cool with the ceiling fans and open windows (and I was worried about lack of a/c even in the mountains, so this was a plus!) Our guest contact was super helpful when we had a question as well. Beautiful view - we saw many deer, including fawns. Definitely recommend!For those wondering (because we did!), the layout is as follows: top floor is the main living space with kitchen, dining spaces, living room, bathroom, and the deck. One floor down has three bedrooms: 1 master with king bed & bathroom, 1 room with queen, 1 room with 2 twins, and a separate bathroom. The bottom floor has laundry, plus the living space with the futon, the bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a bathroom. The two lower levels have deadbolted access to the outside.

4/5 It was fine and ok. It is an aging building with some maintenance issues that they are working to fix up. The owner could invest a little bit in the property. but we enjoyed it and it is way better than any hotel
