We had an awesome time. The management was very prompt and helpful. The cabin was extremely clean and well equipped. There even was extra paper plates, ziplock bags and paper towels. Nicely decorated. The half bathroom is very tiny with a very small sink. A little difficult to utilize.
Overall very satisfied.
Pictures and descriptions are accurate, and it's a clean unit. Appliances worked well. It's well stocked and comfortable. I wish I had noticed in the listing that there isn't a central unit at this home. There are standing units which help cool some, but I had to sleep with the windows open at night because it was too warm inside for me without doing that. I'm grateful the daily highs were only mid 70s. I recommend ceiling fans for both bedrooms. The shower head is not for a tall person (I am 5'4 and it was a little above me). The light in the half bath flickered some, but it may just need a new bulb. I didn't reach out to management about the light flickering. Plenty of deer close by. Love the area. Loved sitting on the counter height chairs on the deck. Bed was comfortable. Motion activated lighting on the garage, so that was nice. Management sends detailed information about the unit before arrival. People in the area are very friendly and nice.

Everything was as described. I didn't fully pay attention to the description of amenities. There is no a/c, just fans that blow cooler air. If I had of noticed, I would've booked a different property. With that being said, I felt at home and loved the space. The description was accurate. It was clean and the view was amazing. It was close enough to drive to the surrounding area of Grandfather Mountain, Boone, West Jefferson, Banner Elk, and Sugar Mountain.
Great location, clean, has everything you need. Recommend!
