Great location
3/5 Location was amazing! Very close to downtown banner elk. East 5 min walk.
Like others said, access up the hill was challenging and parking is tight especially bc it seems other tenants don’t follow the parking rules. The condo itself smelled like dog. It was advertised that it had air conditioning but there was one small unit in the living room that did not keep the whole place cool (we were here in June). Bedrooms were extremely warm. Master bathroom has a shower, but even for myself it was near impossible to use (I am a petite female). Communication with property management has been difficult as well. For the price it’s what to be expected but wish was advertised a little better.

- We are continuously addressing the parking issues with other tenants to ensure everyone follows the rules, but it can be challenging as other units are also short-term rentals
- Our unit does not allow pets, and we are not aware of any dogs having stayed. However, we completed a deep cleaning since your stay to eliminate any residual odor
- The A/C unit in the living room is being repaired to ensure better cooling throughout the condo. We apologize for the discomfort you experienced
- The photos on the listing are accurate, including the master shower. We do have another bathroom with a shower and tub in the unit

4/5 Great location walking distance to downtown. We missed when booking there was only one parking space. Talked with the unit next door and was able to use their spot to get 2 cars in. Owner was responsive of our needs.
