• Beautiful home in a great location!

  This was a spacious, beautiful home that we thoroughly enjoyed staying in. Whitefish is a great town with lots to do and so close to Glacier National Park. The owners have thought of about everything you could need and more. They were also very, very responsive. We hope to stay there again someday.

• Good location. Damaged bed/mattress. Poorly managed.

  Good location. It’s a nice house but unfortunately poorly managed by the company “Evolve” and property manager “Kitty”. On the first day, we found the bed frame was damaged and contacted both Evolve and Kitty. We slept on the floor for our entire stay. Evolve responded two days later saying that we need to work with Kitty as Evolve is located in Denver and Kitty is the local contact. Kitty responded 3 days later and showed up the day before checkout. She saw that the bed was broken but didn’t replace it. After numerous calls to Evolve for resolution, they refunded us $250 for a stay that we paid $2,000 for. I would avoid booking any house managed by Evolve.

  - The delayed communication does not reflect the owner or property and Evolve takes full responsibility. We are increasing our staffing to make sure that we can respond more quickly to guests moving forward.
  - The homeowner would like to share that the bed frame has been replaced and they apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay.
  - We always work with both guests and homeowners when issues arise and apologize that we were unable to come to the resolution you were hoping for based on the documentation provided.
  - We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

• Lovely getaway

  Great location for Whitefish and Glacier Park visitors. The house is well appointed and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. Outside areas are great for morning or evening relaxation. We enjoyed mornings on the front deck-yoga, coffee and bird watching. Wild Turkeys and gold finches were visitors.
