West Yellowstone
2/5 Advertised air conditioning. Had a portable unit in living room that was not sufficient to keep all rooms cool. Tub was glued in back so visually not appealing. Was clean. Had to remove all comforters per instructions on beds… that was odd. This is the first VRBO that I left early because I was so disappointed.

We're sorry to hear the home didn't meet your expectations. Due to the cool mountain climate, overnight temperatures are typically comfortable, and the home is equipped with a portable A/C unit and fans for added comfort during warmer periods. The tub has a cosmetic repair from previous damage, but it remains fully functional. We also use decorative comforters that are removed before use to help keep them in excellent condition, while freshly laundered bedding is provided underneath for each guest. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue providing a comfortable experience for future travelers.
Great place for the budget challenged!
5/5 We were on a VERY tight budget for a family of 4. Cynthia told us all about this place and it was right on! The unit is well equipped with everything you should need for traveling. Kitchen was great. Outside seating was perfect. BBQ was great!
4/5 Condition could be better .Need improvement in kitchen intencil, kitchen cabinet.
5/5 We had a stay in West Yellowstone. It was just what we were looking for. Cynthia took the time to tell us everything we needed to know about the area. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
