4/5 Our stay was quite enjoyable. The house is very cute and inviting. My only suggestions are 1) list the local channels and 2) work on the outside curb appeal. Get the weeds out of the flower beds.

5/5 Came to visit my nephew who's attending UM. My brother, his father here as well. House perfect for our needs. Kitchen helped, well equipped. Nice location. Lots of traffic outside but house well insulated.

Perfect for us
5/5 The Orange House was perfect for us. We loved the proximity to the Farmers Market and People’s Market and everything downtown. Those activities require no driving. Communication with the host was easy, quick and clear. The interior of the house was charming, comfortable and well appointed. The exterior doesn’t have the same appeal. And like many reviews say, the place is on a busy street, with lots of traffic. With the AC running and the fans on, we could barely hear the world outside, but if you’re really sensitive to noise, this might not be the place for you. (The listing is very transparent about this.)
We would absolutely come bask to this sweet little house for its location and creature comforts!!

3/5 Location - super for walking to many restaurants
Front door knob loose, ceiling fan not working, only one small fan in house beside window ac in living room( large industrial fan was offered) toilet seat loose,bathtub slow drain backs up,
House was not cleaned upon arrival- had to call to get cleaned
House is on a busy noisy street- expect not to get much sleep

-We apologize for the oversight regarding the additional fan not being available at the property. We are committed to ensuring our guests' comfort and would have been happy to promptly provide additional fans upon request.
-Regarding the oversight by our cleaning team, we take this matter seriously. We are pleased that they promptly addressed the issue and ensured the home was thoroughly cleaned for your stay.
-Please note that our listing mentions the property's location on a busy corner, which may result in some noise from traffic. To mitigate this, we provide a white noise machine and will provide an air purifier along with fans for future guests.
