  I’ve stayed in a ton of short term rentals and this one checked literally every box. Well stocked, clean, well priced, insane location, and anything else you could think of. The only trade off is the parking but you’ll get over it in about 2 seconds after stepping into the place. No reason to stay anywhere else in Livingston

  It’s truly a pleasure to have guests stay and really enjoy their time in the flat.
  Spot on about parking. By the front door in the flat sits a photo (16x14”) of Livingston bird eye view to explain where exactly is downtown parking which is free but on a 2 hour limit parking. In our rental description online it says public parking is limitless at the park less than a block to the West on Park street. But yes there are more spots on the neighborhood streets. Our experience with guests is that most are out on their adventure or visits before 11 am and once they are back they park after 3 pm and if parked downtown their car can stay put till about just before 11 am the next day to occupy the 9 am-11 am 2 hour parking limit. If their day stay is in town they would need to find a limitless spot a block away after 11 am.
