5/5 Stayed in the apartment from 5/8/24 thru 5/12/24 to help my daughter move from the UMW dorms to a new shared/roommate house nearby. Super convenient for people visiting the UMW campus - 2 blocks away. Also, easy walking distance to downtown for shops, brewery, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Sparky's Garage (a restaurant) is also very close and I highly recommend - great food, a really nice staff, and lots of local customers.The apartment is stocked with everything you need. Definitely read "the book" that the owners have left. Very interesting story with a brief history of the house and their future plans. Can't wait to see it when the owners' vision has been realized!Currently, you do have to walk up a long set of stairs to access the unit, but that was no problem for us. I highly recommend this rental.
