• Beautiful Home, but Too Short of Stay

  Unfortunately, our review is a little incomplete as we had to cut our stay short to only 1 day due to a nearby fire. The property came as advertised, and at night, when the stars were out, the sky was amazing! I would recommend to anyone in the future.

  We loved the view, and enjoyed the quiet. We found all the furniture, beds, etc. To be very comfortable. We understand the problem with leaving the garbage service cans outside, but was a minor problem for us as we had more garbage then the two cans in the kitchen would hold. We found a location where we could dispose of our extra bag properly. Having rented several homes thru services like VRBO, we are accustomed to having housekeeping requests and home information in a notebook on the counter. There was a book of very helpful information there that we did use. The housekeeping requests came in a email and there was another request on a piece of paper in a kitchen drawer. No complaints, we found it very easy to comply as we vacation like this several times a year. If we return to the area as we are from Idaho we would happily stay again and highly recommend to other people as well. When we come again I would bring somethings such as an ice cream scoop, extra steak knives we could only find four and there are 5 of us, some additional coasters, and some placemats. We really appreciated the bag of ice that was left for us as we arrived late and would had to of done without or gone out purchased some. Overall had a great time, we came with friends and family brought our boat and went fishing . We caught fish and loved the view of the lake from the house.
