- To make things right, we offered a one-day refund and provided any additional items you needed during your stay. We also communicated with you throughout to ensure you were taken care of. We regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding during a challenging situation.

3/5 It was mediocre. We were not able to sleep well because of the nearby trains running and blaring their horns all through the night. The bedding was cheap and thread bare. Need new quality sheets and comforters as well as decent pillows for guests.

- The trains can be heard throughout Columbus and are required to sound their whistles at crossings, which is unfortunately beyond our control. However, we will start supplying disposable earplugs and we will look into the possibility of adding a white noise machine to the bedrooms.
- We launder all bedding after each stay and replace it when it shows any signs of wear.
- We contact guests upon arrival to ensure they’re settled and provide contact information in case any issues arise. We regret that you didn’t reach out during your stay, as we would have been happy to address your concerns.

4/5 Everything was good, clean, and stocked. No AC, but luckily it was early Sept. and not too bad. Only complaint was the train...blowing whistle ALL NIGHT long !!!
