• Disappointing

  Alas, our stay was very, very disappointing. When we drove up to the property, it was so poorly maintained, that we backed out of the driveway, thinking we had the wrong address. And then when we did enter the house - although parts of it were very clean - other parts were dirty, including the refrigerator, toilets, and master shower. We contacted the owner, who is lovely, and was incredibly responsive. A cleaner came through the next morning and tidied it up. The day after the wedding, we had hoped to have a quiet day at the house. Instead, yard workers came through starting at 7:15am and stayed for the entire day. I'm sure this was in response to our critique that the property looked so disheveled. However, it would have been better to wait until we left so that we could be outdoors and enjoy the weather.

  - We’re sorry about the initial state of the property. Once informed, we promptly sent a cleaner to address the areas of concern
  - The yard maintenance is scheduled regularly and unfortunately coincided with your stay. We understand if this disrupted your plans
  - We followed up with the yard maintenance team, and are told that their day does not start until 8am, and they did not start work at our home until 1:30pm
  
  We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for!

• Restful Stay

  We had a brief short stay. It was really too short to fully appreciate this pleasant lodging. We were in the Bozeman area for a conference. Everyone slept well.

• Gorgeous Setting!!

  The setting of this house is amazing-huge windows and views all around! The beds were very comfortable. We had to fill the propane for the grill on the first night and replenish necessities ourselves such as toilet paper, kleenexes, trash bags, etc as there was no stock of them in the home. The upstairs bedrooms could use some blackout shades to make for a longer night's sleep during the summer hours. But it was a comfortable stay, the house had plenty of room for our family and the views and setting made it special!

  We really enjoyed the stay and the place is beautiful! Great Mountain Views all around and the kids enjoyed checking out the farm animals. It’s also nice that it’s just outside of the main town area and still accessible to everything Bozeman has to offer. Truly a gem.

  Our one single thought on improvement would be the lack of curtains or shades in the bedrooms. We visited during the year when the days are long so the kids were up early with the sun and had a harder time going to bed at night since the sun was up until after 9:00pm. Some darker (light wise) curtains or blinds/shades of some kind would have made a huge difference.

  The location is terrific and views are unbelievable. We were so comfortable in the house we didn’t even need to leave and we would have had a wonderful stay. Beds are very comfortable; plenty of lounge space downstairs and lovely decor throughout.
