4/5 Catherine was terrific. She responded to every email immediately with clear, helpful information.We were disappointed there was not shampoo in the shower. You should’ve at least let us know that it was bare minimum.Also, and all my stays and similar to properties, I’ve never had to do the housekeeping - laundry and trash removal. That’s just a hidden cost that increases the amount we paid for the apartment.I’m not complaining, just surprised. I did the work!
