Don't stay here...
1/5 I'll start with the one good point:
It is extremely close to MSU campus (within walking distance if you want)
For the rest of the story:
1. House was not clean.
2. House is older and especially the bathrooms need work!
3. Master bath toilet needs new parts and required to be adjusted every time it was used to keep it from running. Granted the toilet seat looks like the toilet is a min.of 30 years old.
4. If you are bringing a group of any size bring your own kitchen furnishings. Unit has very few dishes or pots or pans. House is essentially furnished like a party house for a college student.
5. There was some type of dead animal in the yard right by the front porch. Evidently this wasn't the first time because there was a package of liquid left out in the house to cover the smell of dead animals.
House was bad enough we rented for two night and left before the 2nd night.
The 2 star review is generous....

Chilly Starkville Weekend
2/5 House is nice, as advertised in the pics. Location is good and plenty of parking. The issue we had is the heat was not working and of the two contact numbers provided by the management company, one never answered or responded and the other was the prior owner, who said he would try to contact the current owner but we never heard back from anyone. So, had a chilly weekend in this house. Would be hesitant to rent any house managed by Evolve again, having a valid contact number that responds to calls seems like a pretty basic requirement of a property management company.
