    The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. The owner was helpful and even kept us updated during the possible hurricane.

  • This is a nice home with an elevator that makes loading and unloading much easier.

    We enjoyed this house because of the location, security system, elevator and comfortable beds. We were disappointed the spa was out of order. We also lost 2 days use of the swimming pool due to an overgrowth of algae. Our greatest critism of the home is that the pool was not very clean when we arrived and then we lost use completely until the pool man arrived. When traveling to a “staycation” location, these things become even more important than they would be normally. No compensation was allowed for the loss of use.

    We assumed the fishing would be better from the dock after reading the reviews and corresponding with the owner. Sadly, during our trip, the canal was overrun with gar. We were also surprised by the number of small alligators that showed up one night.

    The house provides 2 kayaks; you will need to bring your own life vests.

    We could not get the oven broiler to work, but the owner stated he would personally check it out.

    The home owner responds very quickly to inquiries, and we found him to be helpful and friendly.

    Definitely the best home we have ever rented in the Pass Christian/Bay St. Louis area. Home was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen which sometimes they are sparing. Beautiful furnishings. But, the best part was the view and large dock. My boys fished from sun up to sun down! Highly recommend this home for rental!
