Overall the stay was Great! However there were challenges with the heating and cooling. Ceiling fans were inoperable and some of the beds were uncomfortable.

We came to the coast for a Mardi Gras ball and Pass Christian parade. The listing is misleading. It gives the impression that there are 5 full bathrooms but it’s actually on 4.5. With 2.5 being on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd. The master bedroom is the only bedroom in the 1st floor. Upon checking in, multiple bathrooms had no toilet tissue, paper towels, and no wash cloths. We had no supply all of these items. The worst part of the stay was the smells in the kitchen. The refrigerator smelled like seafood. With the cleaning supplies we purchased, we couldn’t do anything about the odor. Also the stove wasn’t clean. We didn’t use it. Another odor located near the stove all 10 guests smelled something rotten. We couldn’t pinpoint the smell, so we contacted the host. The host walked in with her spouse and proceeded to tell all 20 of us she didn’t smell anything. I placed a formal complaint and was given a $404 refund, but we dealt with the smells from the kitchen 2/9 - 2/11. We eventually found the gas stove was on. The knob was turned between being off and ignition. So the smell was actually the gas coming from the stove. This mishap by the cleaning crew and hosts was negligent and could’ve been disastrous. I advise no one to ever stay here, and this should be removed from all sites. Policy states this was the only amount they could refund. Hands down worse experience ever!
