Very nice home
4/5 The home was nice and a good fit for our adult family. I wish the ad would have stated the 4th bedroom is only accessible from exiting the home from the back door and then entering the room. There was an AC unit in the room, but it was chilly in the mornings with no heat. Also, the light switch to turn on the light in this room is inside the house.

Pleasant Stay
4/5 Our stay was good at this home. Joy was very responsive to messages. The home was well kept, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our family came for a funeral in Memphis. There were 5 adults that stayed in the home Sept. 12-15, 2024.
There was ample space for us, however, what was not indicated in the listing is that the 4th bedroom could only be accessed from the exterior of the home. The region received heavy rain from Hurricane Francine which made accessing the 4th bedroom even more challenging.
I would consider this home again.
