This was a GREAT stay!! Positives..... 3 Queen size beds, AC worked great, Kitchen was stocked well including coffee, some leftover spices and charcoal for the grill, perfect location with options like Walmart and Rouses a few minutes' drive away for grocery store options, quiet neighbors, walkable down to the beach for walks, a large washer and dryer that worked perfectly, shaded back porch with seating for 6, and very important for us, a working charcoal grill that was in perfect condition for grill nights!! Every property location has "opportunities" so here goes....no wine glasses. Most properties we stay in these days do not include tall wine glasses with stems that easily break. We bought our own small glasses at Walmart for $1.50 each. I suggest adding a few inexpensive glasses. For those who need silence when sleeping, be aware the train tracks are right behind this property. For us it was no big deal but the train runs through a few times a day and at least once during the night. The train engineers like to blare their horn but it is only a 20 to 30 second inconvenience that we sometimes slept through. The placement of the tv so high up on the wall was odd. A better location is placing it on the console table that is below the tv. More cutlery would have been more convenient so we did not have to run the dish machine daily and sometimes handwash cutlery during the day because we used it all earlier in the day. With those few opportunities noted, the 3 of us had a great visit. With lots of beds and dining options inside and outside for 6, this property can handle more guests as long as 1 bathroom is not inconvenient. For a short stay the 1 bathroom worked for us. This was great value for money. I recommend this location as long as you are ok with the opportunities noted.
Our stay was wonderful! There were so many thoughtful touches in the home, including a Christmas tree (December). The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Everything was great with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. I will say the train literally runs behind the house so just know if you're not use to that is can make you jump. It doesn't go through often but at least a once or twice at night.
