Older Charm
4/5 We enjoyed our stay at this smaller home. Location is great and close to so many things. The beds were super comfortable. This home has some frustrations like limited outlets indicative of the home's older age. The back doors leading to the deck had some closure issues but we only used them once so it wasn't a big deal. One of our favorite areas was the front porch swing under a ceiling fan. We sat out there quite often. Thanks for the use of your home!

Was good stay overall but there were some things that were annoying while there.
3/5 Overall was nice stay. There were however some negatives.We didnt have a grill as pictured on the deck. Had to call the contact person and he said he was out of town and someone must have stolen it. Didnt offer to bring one by until I said I was expecting to use it while here. Said he would have someone bring one by. I never heard back from him and called back a couple times and left messages. Did notice the grill a day or so later after spotting it out in the yard by the deck. Would have prefereed it on the deck and it was not cleaned looked like it had been sitting for some time. The TV remote was not responsive it was always hard to change channels etc. Couldn't stream certain things. The bathroom has no fan.The mattress in one bedroom was pretty hard. There was a very sketchy neighborhood " church" around the corner. Heard some pretty unsavory rumors about the place.Overall it was pretty nice place to stay. Location was good mostly quiet. Could def use some upgrades and more attetive managing.
