Put some money back into your property.
3/5 Great location, the place is tired and needs to be cleaned up and updated. Get rid of the broken brooms and other items around the deck. Neighbors dogs kept coming over, three dogs at a time. My wife is afraid of dogs. Spiders all over the main entrance.

5/5 We loved this house and all the amenities! Kayaks, a canoe, a lily pad and life jackets were all included with our stay. That was a huge bonus! The property manager was very helpful and responsive! The house was very clean! The view of the lake was spectacular! Overall, a very positive and memorable experience!

Great location
5/5 The house was perfect for our stay. The location was ideal for the places we wanted to visit on the lake and had a grocery store nearby. The layout of the house was nice also, but the kids bedroom was up in the loft and not enclosed with a door. Thankfully the wall AC unit fan helped drown out noise and kept them sleeping okay. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck and included K cups for the Keurig.
