3/5 Cozy place, best for just a couple people. Place could be cleaner, kitchen cookware could be improved and updated, and washer could use a cleaning. The neighbors are not friendly. I was taking a midday walk talking on the phone and one of the neighbors called the police on me due to recent break-ins. The lady neighbor stopped to interrogate me, and I told her the Truth on how to prevent break-ins by placing Jesus Christ name above all external doorways which will prevent the devil from entering as Jesus Christ is the passover lamb. She didn't want to hear about that and called the police right away. I told the police the same thing and at least they showed a bit of interest in the Truth and spiritual technology that I provided. I probably won't stay their again due to the unfriendly neighbor, but the rates are good.
