- Go south on Highway 5 for about 12 miles. Pass the Cattle Auction on your left, then a block later, please take a right on 421 (almost directly opposite from N Highway). Go past the Douglas County shed with the gravel piles and trucks on your left. Go past 1 trailer on the left. The next property on the left is the vacation rental. The property has a black gate and a black mailbox. The driveway is about a quarter-mile long. Go down the driveway to the right of the vacation rental and park around the back. The vacation rental is gray with a blue roof

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The back sliding glass door will be unlocked upon your arrival
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Take out the trash. Trash should be placed in the green bin (near the electric pole) in front of the garage
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used bath and kitchen towels in the laundry room’s basket
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors. Please leave the sliding glass door unlocked
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
