House is clean and check in was fast and easy.
The walk to the beach is insane but the house is very close to the marina. At the marina there's a beach on one side and the other side has boats and rentals for all kinds of things. The house is also very close to the dollar store, which is nice if you forget anything. The location really is perfect to getting to eureka, beaver lake and roaring river.
I have to say the bunk beds are very uncomfortable, my kids ended up sleeping on the chaise and couch.
But all in all, nice place. If you don't mind getting out to go places it's perfect.

The house is a good size for a family getaway, the views are better in the house. The kids' bunk beds are very uncomfortable. I've got 3 kids, and they slept on the couch, and the chase.
The walk to and from the beach is intense, our little (6 year) had a very hard time ( really we all did) but there's a marina over the bridge and a beach there. There's also beaver lake and Eurecka very close. All in all nice house if you don't mind getting out and about, if you wanting to stay and not leave you might want something closer to the lake.
The cottage was charming for our girls trip. However the listing as being on Table Rock Lake is misleading. We had a very small view of the lake from the cottage which was blocked by a house currently under construction. The cement driveway was a big plus, but the yard was basically un-mowed weeds. Not very inviting to sit outside and look at. The brand new build of the cottage inside was great. Extremely clean and had everything we needed!

The cottage was charming and had everything we needed for our girls weekend. It is a newer construction which was an added bonus. However, the title is a little misleading, as the unit has only a slight view of Table Rock Lake and is not on the lake. In fact, there is a home under construction between the cottage and the lake which blocks most of the view of the lake. We appreciated the cement driveway to park on, especially when loading and unloading your vehicle. It is very close to Eagle River Park where you can swim, which is convenient.
