Property Needs Serious Work Done
2/5 The property is decaying and needs work done before being rented again. The deck is rotting and unsafe in places. The dock tiles are breaking down and there is a large hole in one tile. The outside of the home is very dirty and unkempt. There are four grills on the deck and not one is clean and usable. The garage is full of furniture and junk. The kitchen sink faucet is missing the handle. The floating walkway to the dock squeaks constantly during boating hours. There is a boat docked there that is a decrepit mess. The neighbors are lovely - they deserve a neighbor that keeps their property up!

Great Location
4/5 Our family had a wonderful time on the water with a great location. The home inside met all of our needs for a family of 11. We loved that we could swim off the dock, boat right in front with skiers and tubers. The home needs repairs, but we made the best of our time. The kitchen faucet needs replaced, the deck needs repaired, and many lights were burnt out. But overall we loved the layout of the home and had a great time.
