5/5 This rental is a gem! What a beautiful spot to relax & experience the midwest at its best. I rented this place for my friends and I, and it was such a perfect way to experience the Midwest! The covered patio for yoga or chatting in the morning or beautiful sunsets in the evening, a walk around the property especially to see the fireflies at dusk, or to pet their sweet dog and chat with the wonderful, friendly hosts. It was great to be out of the hustle and bustle, but also close (30 min) from KC, or less than 20 min from nearby towns with grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well taken care of and had everything we needed. We will be back again! Book it now!

Peaceful escape
5/5 We had an amazing stay at the Sunset View Home. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We loved seeing the chickens and farm cats and dog each day. The house was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed driving around and seeing all of the farms and exploring Smithville Lake and its trails.
