3/5 Comfy beds. Safe neighborhood. Nice porch overlooking backyard (although we didn't use it). Host communicated well with us and in a timely manner. Too many plug ins (air fresheners). It was overwhelming. Over cleanliness was ok, but not excellent.

However, we’re sorry to hear that the number of air fresheners felt overwhelming. We’ve since addressed this and removed the extras. Our housekeeper was helping a seriously ill friend at the time and may have added more than usual by mistake, but she has rechecked the home and is being especially mindful moving forward. She's typically very thorough and committed to keeping the space clean and welcoming, and we’re confident this was a one-time oversight. Your feedback is greatly appreciated."Excellent!
