Perfect Place
5/5 Clean with modern upgrade 3 bedroom house. The house has been completely updated. We used the kitchen everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice deck with a grill. Open floor plan for great late night conversation. Great location for downtown and COX Medical.

Exactly what we was looking for
5/5 We needed a base for the weekend to see our Mother in the hospital so we had families of her 3 sons reunite in the house. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable. The entire house was updated with modern styling and appliances. It made the older house very livable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for everyone.
The home was centrally located within a few minutes of the Hospital and Downtown. Close to grocery and shopping.
We would definitely stay here again. I can't think of any negatives.
