4/5 I had issues separate from the actual host before even arriving (card being overcharged $50+ and the evolve team not being able to explain why.) in spite of that , I reached out to the host directly and they are the ONLY Reason why I kept my booking. Any issue that I had they were very attentive! House was cleaned and easy rules to follow. Very accommodating! There was an issue with a chair , a light flickering and a lighter that was missing and I brought it to the host attention just so the next people wont have to worry about it and got issued a credit for my next stay. Definitely wasn’t expecting that! The neighborhood is quiet until the chickens come out lol. But It wasnt terrible. Not too far away from things such as walmart or food. Definitely have privacy even though its houses close. Feels like youre on a road by yourself! Would stay here again. Very spacious and updated
5/5 This property was amazing and perfect! The location was right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go and an easy to navigate area. The property made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host created a dream environment, plenty of amenities as well as a very clear and cohesive guidebook that answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend especially for small young families or a group of friends. Was definitely a home away from home!
