Second time staying
4/5 This was our second stay at this property. It is very spacious and the images and description accurately portray the property. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you need, the beds are very comfortable and the living room is cozy especially with the fireplace. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained and serene.
We ran into the following issues during our stay:
Could not gain entry immediately as there was an issue with the alignment of the door which was fixed the same day.
The oven had not been cleaned. We realized this when attempting to use it immediately upon arrival and the front glass of the oven landed directly on a foot. Staying in the area for the purpose of hiking and running, this accident ruined the ability to enjoy those activities during the stay. This was resolved the same day.
There was a miniscule amount of laundry soap which was resolved the same day.

Needs updating
3/5 The house needs updating. The disposal did not work, the oven door kept falling off and the heating units in the bedrooms didn’t have a temperature control so the rooms got too hot. We didn’t enjoy having a fireplace.

We must have missed the oven door and garbage disposal when walking through the home and I sincerely apologize. As far as the wall units are concerned, each room has its own wall unit that allows guests to control the thermostat. I would have loved to assist you had I known there was an issue. In the future, I will place directions by each unit to clarify how to use them. Thank you for your input!”
