Beautiful property with tons of room and great location!
5/5 This is our second stay this year at Lake of the Ozarks and Tan Tar A Estates. We love this neighborhood and we’re looking for a roomier space for more people this time! Our stay was wonderful! The house is large, beds are very comfortable and the washer and dryer are a plus! The only downside was the coffee pot, which does not work well - resulting in an overflow. Probably need to replace it! Overall - 5 star location and property! Thank you for a great stay!!

Disappointed
3/5 Our group was disappointed with our stay here. The water from the showers smelled terrible. We tried to turn on the heaters and needed to turn them off instantly as the smell was horrible. The place also needed a deep cleaning.

"As the owner of the house, we were saddened and frankly shocked to see your review. We visited the home this past week and neither we nor the guests that followed had any problems, they gave us a 5-star rating. The carpets, rugs, and furniture were all professionally cleaned just a day or two before your arrival, and there were no issues with the water. I did check with the community water system manager to see if they had anything recorded and they told me everything was as usual. Our property manager inspected the house with the cleaner the morning of your arrival and she thought it looked quite clean."Beautiful property with tons of room and peaceful surroundings!
5/5 We just had a lovely long weekend here - it was so relaxing and enjoyable. The property is spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The three bedrooms all have excellent beds (we are very picky) and having three baths was so convenient. The screened porch is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the gorgeous fall colors and the little finger of the lake comes up to the bottom of the hill below. We got to watch an adorable turtle hanging out there.
The use of the golf cart makes it so easy to explore the entire property, whether you are headed to the pool, or the resort area. We will definitely be back!
