Cozy and quite
5/5 Went looking for rest and relaxation, and this was the spot to find it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during our vacation. We got to enjoy s'mores by the firepit, which was a total hit with the kids. Condo was well equipped, fully functional and so comfortable. Perfect location, short drive to Silver Dollar City or Dogwood Canyon. Brett the owner was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive as well as knowledgeable of the area for local activities

5/5 This cabin was everything we were looking for! The location was perfect—close to Dogwood Canyon, where we enjoyed hiking and exploring. The cabin itself was very cozy and welcoming. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. We’re already planning to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool! Bret, the owner, was excellent with communication and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend this place!

Hi Marcia, we’re glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your detailed feedback. After speaking with the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
- The home is about 400 feet (roughly two blocks) from the lake. We’ll follow up with Evolve to see if an update to the listing is needed.
- There is a folding luggage rack and fold-out hanger arms in the main bedroom’s laundry closet, which can be used to store clothes and suitcases. That said, we are looking into reconfiguring the closet for better use of space.
- The coffee maker is new, and the issue you encountered was likely due to the filter holder being out of place. The homeowner has since corrected this and replaced the coffee maker just to be sure.
