Perfect spot and beautiful views!
4/5 The listing was accurate and beds comfortable! Be sure to bring salt, pepper, etc if you plan on cooking. The pool is strange to get to, so directions might be helpful. The views are beautiful and it’s a quiet and safe complex. We loved it!!

Evolve needs to step up their game
3/5 When we arrived all of the rugs were rolled up and on the furniture and countertops. When I unrolled them, most were dirty. The bottom sealant on the refrigerator was half on the floor. There were rags still in the washer. There were used coffee grounds in the coffee maker. And, there were stains on the comforter in the main bedroom. I'm not sure what I paid a cleaning fee for.

We are glad you chose our home and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We had all of the carpets, not the rugs, and tile floors professionally cleaned. It would appear that following the floor cleaning, they failed to replace the rugs and likely used cleaning rags to blot spots on the carpet and from the tile and then placed those in the washer for our housekeepers to wash. Additionally, they might have knocked the refrigerator gasket off with their cleaning machine. Our cleaning team was to follow up and was unable to before your arrival. I apologize for this inconvenience. We will take the necessary steps to ensure that this does not happen again and we have replaced our house manager due to these concerns.
We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.Wonderful condo

5/5 The condo was clean and was a great comfortable condo. The views of the lake were outstanding. Would definitely recommend staying with a large group
Lakes of the ozark bike rally
5/5 There were 5 of us that stayed, we all had our own rooms and there was plenty of room for everyone even on the balcony. Would definitely rent again.
