  Beautiful condo. The host Melisa was extremely nice and very helpful with check-in and check-out. The property has great views of the main channel, and the three community pool areas were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

• Great Condo

  Our recent stay was great, condo is very clean and welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable and was very happy with the well appointed decor and furniture. Nice deck space and on the ground level close to one of the pools. The only down side for those that can’t do stairs is that you have ascend 3 flights, but I didn’t have a problem and I don’t do stairs very well, just held the handrails and took it slow. I would highly recommend this property you will be very pleased. PS…..Melissa was very helpful and pleasant. Thanks Melissa.

• Great location & slip for boat

  Condo was very nice, bed was comfortable. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Loved having the slip for our boat right outside the condo.

• Great Condo - Amazing Host

  Beautiful, well-kept condo. Great views of the main channel, and wildlife along the property. We loved sitting on the patio each evening watching 4-5 deer graze along the hill side. Location is great, very close to the dam with plenty of restaurant and entertainment options. The host Melissa was the best. Extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again next time we come down to the lake.

  Kitchen/dining area were beautiful. Living room is spacious albeit outdated furniture. Lots of windows! Location was very good, not too far from the strip, which we liked. Kitchen was well-stocked.

  3 Stars because: cons: Mattress on fold-out couch definitely needs replacement, thin/worn/can feel the bars underneath. We had to buy air mattresses and sleep on the floor.

  Need more face cloths ... had to buy some of those also and be sure to buy more TP !

  (Needs an extra set of bed linens on hand.)

  Outdoor balcony & floor really needs a good cleaning/power wash, had to wipe down chairs/table before use.

  Long trek to the pool, but the view was spectacular once there and the tables/chairs were very clean (appeared new)..

  Only ONE trash can on the entire property and that was at the pool.

  - As we value guest comfort, we sincerely apologize that the pull-out sofa mattress was not comfortable. We appreciate your feedback and will be replacing it in the future.
  - The cleanliness and condition of our property is important to us. We have completed a thorough deep cleaning of the outside deck area. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
  - We're sorry that there weren't enough linens for your stay. As it is standard in vacation rentals, the amenities we provide are to accommodate four occupants.
  - In regards to the trash can on the property, there are at least two dumpsters for guests' use. One is available and located right outside our unit.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.
