Great getaway!

Disappointed for the price
2/5 Paid over $1,100 for 3 days. The owners were outside on patio the whole weekend with music on. Did not feel comfortable outside. They told us they rent out for $140 a night so I was way over charged. Most uncomfortable couch I ever tried to sit on. The condo was nicely decorated and equipped but the beds were double beds not queens.

Hi Sandra, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We carefully set competitive rates for each property after a thorough analysis of the property itself and the surrounding area. In regards to our neighbors, they have a single bedroom condo and personally rent their property.
-We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like the neighbor’s noise are simply out of our control. Our location is a very popular vacation destination and we receive a lot of guests trying to unwind. We want to ensure all our guests feel secure while in residence and found that everyone in the complex at the time was following the complex guidelines and did not breach the noise ordinance at 10 PM.
-The couch in the condo is brand new and hasn't had the chance to be worn in.
-We guarantee the beds are queen-sized, to provide additional coverage we purchased king-sized comforters. We appreciate your feedback and as owners are always working to provide all of our guests a truly 5-star experience.
