CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry
- To unlock: Enter the code 6844
- Upon leaving the condo you can just hit the lock button
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please return all bracelets and parking passes. If lost the HOA will charge $100 for replacements to the guest
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the dumpster at the top of the hill on your way out
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- If it's under 40 degrees, please turn off main water valve in utility room, and hot water heater breaker
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Do not hang towels, clothes, or swimsuits over your railings
- Remember you have neighbors, keep the noise down as well as the music. You may like the music but everyone will not
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Security is on duty on the weekends only, if you have a problem or see someone breaking the rules, call them at 573-355-0207
- Pool season is Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend. The library and gym in the clubhouse at the main pool should be open all year. The code is 6844
- The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- Pools are open and you must use one of the orange wristbands from the basket on the counter. There are 8 of them
- Orange Bracelets are required on the pool deck, docks and tennis courts
- NO glass in the pool area. There is a 0 tolerance policy. A $500 fine will be charged without a warning


HARBOUR TOWNE AMENITIES:
- There are daily boat rentals available at the cove across from the property at Paradise Parasails & Boat Rentals and Adventure Boat Rentals
- Guest will have access to a boat dock or you can arrange to rent a boat slip with the owner prior to arrival
- The numbers for Harbour Towne owners are as follows: (319) 850-1773, (636) 390-3580 & (913) 905-9322
- All of these slips are 12 x 28 ft
- Guests can launch their boat into th elake at the next cove over (at lake mile marker 2) from the Public Boat Launch in Lotell Hollow Cove

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:
- Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces

PARKING:
- There is 1 parking space available in front of condo at E202 space (no parking tag needed)
- Only use parking tag located inside condo if you have more than one vehicle. You may park near the garages behind the back walls, by the pool or there is an unmarked parking spot in front of the 300 building
- Please return all bracelets and parking passes. If lost the HOA will charge us $100 for replacements to owners and thus the guest. Temporary ones are possible from security at the front gate
- Any green dot placed on a car means that it will be towed soon.

Parking: There is one assigned parking space for this unit. Additional parking is by the wallbetween the garages and by the pools. Do not park in another assigned space as you will betowed at your expense.Trailer parking: No trailer parking in the main parking lots. There is a short term boat trailerparking lot near the main entrance to the complex. You will need to provide a trailer descriptionand license plate number.Pets: No pets of any kind, including mammals, birds, reptiles, or insects, are allowed onpremisesSmoking: If smoking is allowed, cigarette and cigar butts must be disposed of properly and notthrown on the ground, flammable mulch, or parking lot.Flames: No charcoal grills or open flames (candles) of any kind are allowed.Subletting: No subletting allowedNoise: Please be courteous to your neighbors. The complex has quiet hours. 10:00 p.m. to 8:00a.m. on weekdays and Midnight to 8:00 a.m. on weekends. Any noise disturbance issues will behandled by the local police department or onsite security. If the police or security is called andtenants are breaking the rules or being unruly, owner will be subject to $100.00 fine for eachoccurrence.Trash: Please notify tenant where to dispose of their trash.
