Thanksgiving with the family
5/5 Our kids traveled from Nebraska and KC to meet up for the Thanksgiving holidays. We were not here for the Branson experience although it did help! The home was large enough for our party of 7 adults and equipped well enough to allow for cooking and we could park inside the garage! If you are looking for the 5 star mansion overlooking the lake, this is not it but if you are looking for the 5 star won't break the budget with plenty of room, in fact it's down right cozy, family get together spot then this is it! And it's pet friendly! The beds aren't the greatest but nothing will be as good as your own so this was a non issue. There are so many hiking trails in this area. Skip the shows and experience the trails then come back, put on a movie and relax!

Kimberling stay
5/5 Was a wonderful trip for ThanksGiving and visit with family. The place was perfect size for our family of 7 and equipped with enough that we didnt need for anything. Its very cozy but not stuffy. Its not 5 star if thats what you are looking for but its perfect for our group who just wanted to be together for the holiday weekend. Its a few miles from Branson but everything is with in a 15 minute drive and there are some interesting places along that drive. I would stay here again for sure.
Not impressed
1/5 I never received a notification email with the check-in or out information, door code entry, etc. Even the address that was displayed on the VRBO information was missing the unit #. I had to reach out multiple times to receive the entry code. No garage door opener or keypad outside, the nights didn’t work in the garage, garage storage closet, pantry closet or the master closet.
There were 3 TV’s in the rental, but only 2 remotes. Absolutely no soap for the showers, only tiny bottles of shampoo & conditioner. Instant coffee cups enough for 6 cups of coffee for 2 nights, very minimal cookware, bowls, cups, etc. The Wi-Fi information located inside the unit is incorrect, so don’t plan to use the Wi-Fi while you’re there either.
So if you plan on staying here, be sure to bring literally everything you will need for basic necessities.
Also the neighbor that stays in unit 5, they’re beating, banging, screaming, calling out for help goes on until the wee hours of every morning and you hear it all through the shared interior wall.
We won’t be staying here again.
Pet friendly and close to everything
5/5 Super clean and cozy unit. Quiet and close to all activities. Short walk to the lake as well. Would recommend to others
