5/5 Very clean, very large house. Perfect for a larger group. Lots of space and beds. 2 large living areas, game room and screened porch. Lots of eating areas.Poker table and plenty of games.So nice being right on the water!Plenty of outdoor camping chairs to use.Only caught a couple fish off the dock though the water is clear and you can see lots. Dock is lighted at night.Flow from the dam made the current strong in the afternoons but mornings the river is calm.Very ice cold water! though it didn’t stop the kids from jumping in when it was calm.No tubing/skiing this side of the dam, but it’s a beautiful cruise up the Fall River/Lake Taneycomo and boat rentals are cheap on the river. Fall River Marina is a stones throw away, although about 16 minutes by car.The nearby trout hatchery is neat.2 things to note: master and one of the other bedrooms are very dark with no windows.Couldn’t seem to get cold water anywhere in the house and master shower was very hot water. Maybe I was just doing something wrong.All in all great stay!
