5/5 We were in town for a graduation and this lovely home was perfect for our stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but was centrally located for access to family, stores and restaurants. The home was well supplied and the beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The communication from our contact made the arrival and departure stress free. I wish we had more time to enjoy the home's other amenities, such as the barbecue and patio. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Great little house with modern updates.
5/5 The home was comfortable and provided a great vacation hub for the 4-5 days we stayed in KC area. Centrally located to historical areas like Liberty, Independence, and Far West. The only thing we wish the property had was laundry facilities. For a short stay not a problem, but for longer it was unfortunate we had to go sit at a laundry mat for several hours on our vacation...never seen a house without laundry. Guess we shouldn't have assumed. We had two adults and four children; utilizing the blow up mattress. That worked but did make the living room pretty tight once the bed was blown up. Not a complaint, just wanted to provide that information for anyone who wants to know. It worked out just fine for us. Kitchen is very nice and well stocked with all the tools you would need. We grilled one night and cooked the others. Walmart just a few minutes away as well as several restaurants. Bathroom is cozy, but still nice. Communication was great. They sent us a text to welcome us and provide pass code for door. Also followed up during the week and after our departure. Super easy to work with in our case.
