  The house was great and had just about everything we needed for our stay. We had 11 people on the trip and the house was big enough that it never felt too crowded. The dock setup was amazing, and having all of the dock accessories (lily pads, kayaks, nice chairs, etc) was our favorite part about the house.

  Everything was perfectly cleaned with the exception of the grill. There was a lot of grease built up in the grill and unfortunately it turned into a small grease fire, so we weren’t able to utilize the grill at all during our weekend stay. Both of the fridges also weren’t very efficient with cooling the food, as we noticed that after 3-4 hours the drinks were still about room temperature. So we had to move all the meat to our coolers to make sure they kept cold.

  The view is amazing. The space was perfect with 2 sitting areas inside and so many other places to gather outside to enjoy the amazing view. The dock was perfect with bluetooth speakers and all the water toys and life jackets and it was within a short drive to the state park I believe it was 30 ish min. The little touches were great as well like the basket of sunscreen, aloe, and aftersun lotion, the snack basket and coffee bar, and there was even a full firstaide kit. The driveway was really scary to drive down but after I did it once it wasn't as bad and the walk down to the dock is really steep as well. Overall we absolutely LOVED our time there and already plan to come back next year .

  Lots of Fun, beautiful spacious house, Having all the water toys/activities was a huge bonus! Very pleased with our stay!!

  We had 10 family members staying, ranging from 9-77yrs. This home was perfect for our family to have a wonderful time! The home had enough bathroom towels, kitchen cookware/utensils and even a nice basket with extra sunblock/sunglasses/beach towels to use. The dock had nice amenities which included the kayaks, pedal boat, swim pads, nice space for us to swim around and various sized life jackets. Beautiful views of the channel and wasn't overcrowded or super busy with boat traffic, so was more relaxing than staying closer to Camdenton or Osage Beach. Only downfall is that driveway to house and sidewalk down to dock are very steep as property owner clearly states in property description. But if you have AWD vehicle and are steady on your feet, don't let the steep description stop you from enjoying this wonderful location.
