CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 04916
- To access the keyless entry: two numbers will appear on the touchscreen. Enter the two numbers (doesn't matter what numbers are entered first) then enter the code 04916. If the keyless entry is not working there is a locked box on right side of wall near the front door. Code is 4916. 
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- During the summer months, turn the AC to 80, and in the winter months, turn the heat to 67
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Please be mindful of other pets (dogs) in the neighborhood that might be running around freely. Please watch your pets & keep all pets on leashes
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please respect the neighbors and don't play loud music inside or outside of the home
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- In the winter months, please turn the heat to 70
- Please do not clean animals that are hunted there
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
