5/5 Overall a great place to stay when we come to fish Roaring River. Location is perfect and semi-secluded was a huge PLUS when we don’t want to people. Beds were originally advertised as 2 kings, they were both queens and too soft and broken down mattresses were uncomfortable, but some people like soft beds. There wasn’t a basic coffee maker so we had to go buy one. One skillet and one pot made for frequent dishes and old-school cooking skills but we made good use of the grill. We will definitely be back but a bit more prepared.

4/5 Property was fine. Outside yard area needs some work and a full size trash can in the kitchen would have helped with clean up
