Rural Missouri
5/5 We stayed here three nights to celebrate a graduation in the family. It was a good location to get to both Springfield and Pleasant Hope. No problems getting in with the two key pads. Kitchen was well stocked; the bottled water was great as the tap water had a bit of an odor.
Not the cleanest upon arrival (crumbs on the table, dead bugs on the floors, etc.) but not bad overall, especially for a working farm. We bought a fly swatter for the place due to all the extra “guests” that would enter every time we opened the door. :)
We were surprised that the rental ended up being a duplex, with another unit underneath us. It’s not super clear in the original listing, and we initially found the property by searching “whole house to self” but there weren’t any issues with neighbors or noise.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good vibes. We would likely stay again if back in the area.
Cozy-secluded getaway
5/5 This is not the Four Seasons by any means, but offers something we truly loved as a way to simplify life and spend it in nature. Each morning by the time we woke up at 7am, there are horses on the neighboring property that we would spend time with Four for a few. Everything on the listing was described accurately!
