Nice house
3/5 The house was nice. Updates around and clean inside. Outside, however, there were cigarette butts everywhere on the ground. The bbq could use an upgrade, just to a Webber, and a scrub brush would be nice. The pool was a total disaster. Green bottom. I would not let my children swim in it. That was a major disappointment. The deck is in need of some stability.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. I've reached out to the HOA regarding the condition of the pool and the cigarette butts around the property. I understand how frustrating that must have been. The HOA does have a service in place to clean the pool daily, so I’m not sure why the bottom appeared green during your stay, but I’ve flagged this for immediate follow-up. Similarly, they are responsible for maintaining the common grounds, and I’ve raised concerns about the cigarette litter so that it can be addressed properly.
As for our property, my cleaner confirmed that the porch is swept and the area around the home is checked for trash during each turnover. I truly regret if that fell short in your case.
The back deck is being replaced on Monday, August 11, and we're currently evaluating options for a new grill to improve the outdoor experience moving forward.
