The house was clean and well stocked. The fireplace area outside had not been cleaned. Charred wood pieces were all over the floor area in front of the fireplace and partially burned logs remained in the fireplace. The lawn had not been mowed making the use of the fire pit and swing unusable without getting chigger bites. The pond was also unusable as the dock was broken and one of the lawn chairs was in the pond. The road to the house was rough and in need of grading. Two of the steps to the loft were in need of repair. Overall we enjoyed our stay and again give credit to how clean the interior was and how well the house was stocked.

Traveler’s ReviewOverall, the Branson Tiny home was a good spot to stay. I do have a few remarks to give a better experience for future renters. The house in general needs some upkeep. First, multiple steps to the loft were very rickety and unstable. There were screws missing/broken leaving stair treads wobbly and moveable when you step on them. Second the seal on the bottom of the shower door needs replaced. Water would leak out of the shower pooling on the bathroom floor. I would also replace the seal around the main door, as you can see daylight around it when the door is closed. Third, outside area. I really wish this was mowed better or knock down at the minimum. Grass/weeds were tall around the house area restricting you just to the graveled areas. The gravel areas also needed to be weedeated or sprayed with weed killer. Finally, the road “El Monte” that leads to the property was less than ideal. We spoke with a neighbor, and they are trying to get the county to take care of the road (apparently, it’s the responsibility of the owners to upkeep the road now). Anyways, I would get with them and take the next steps to get the county to maintain this road. The property description says “RV/Trailer Parking Allowed.” It was very difficult to get a 30 foot camper down El Monte Road and into the property. The gate at the property entrance and the tight gravel drive made it hard to get the camper in and out. When leaving you are going up El Monte Road a

Was a good spot to stay. A few changes would make it next level!
Nice and clean, quiet place to stay. Close to everything but still out the way to feel secluded. Had a nice time just relaxing on the porch drinking coffee in the morning. Perfect place if your looking for a quiet place to stay in the area.

Nice place and very clean. Off the beaten path but still within easy driving to SDC, Table Rock etc.. They have a new automatic gate that you need a code. Property manager was very nice and easy to reach!
