Stay was fine.
Unexpected check out task assigned to guest.
Light fixtures and window seals need to be cleaned.
Clothes were left in the washer wet upon arrival. Not sure if this is an often occurrence but I’m assuming so because the towels kind of had a mildewy smell that can happen when clothes aren’t immediately dried after washing.

Upon checking in we smelled mildew smell in the condo we said something to Vrbo. They did tell the owner. The owner texted me saying they could have the house keeping come back and clean it out. Then he went on to say if I would like I could get my money back and I could stay somewhere else. I said we were checked in so we would make it work. Next day my grandson allergies got really bad he couldn’t breathe right his eyes were turning red nose was stuffed up. So we had to go out get him medicine for it. We couldn’t figure it out. But upon cleaning up a little before we left we found mold under neath the cabinet in there room. My granddaughter found some in side the cabinet on the wall. I feel that was the smell we encountered upon entering the condo so that can’t be a good thing to come in contact with. This is why my stay wasn’t great. My daughter said she blew her nose something black came out. She said she were making her and her son a doctors appointment.

Hi, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
- We apologize for the mildew smell you encountered upon checking in. We immediately offered to have our housekeeping team come back and clean the condo which you declined.
- We offered a refund if you chose to leave the property, but you decided to stay.
- This is the first time we have heard of a mold issue in the condo. We are taking steps to thoroughly inspect and rectify any mold presence in the property.
While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we can report that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.
We had a very pleasant stay. Cute little condo. We would stay there again!

My husband and I wanted to have a short vacation to unwind. This place was absolutely wonderful. The area is close to everything...the condo was more than comfortable and we had a beautiful view! Fantastic!
