The problem
1/5 The air conditioner was out for three out of 4 night and had to purchase fans. The heat and humidity made sleeping had and kepted us tired.

- We value the condition of our home and amenities. We're truly sorry that you experienced cooling issues that impacted your stay. We were notified via email two days after your check-in date about the concern with the AC unit. Our management company immediately addressed the email and sent someone to rectify the problems as soon as it was reported.
- Communication is important to us and we encourage guests to reach out to us if they have any questions or concerns. Bringing them up during your stay would have given us the opportunity to address and resolve them immediately.

Mini vacay
5/5 My sister and brother-in-law and I just wanted someplace fairly close to home (3 or 4 hours) for a short 4 day getaway. We’ve been to Branson many times and know the area well. I was delighted to find a beautiful condo in the Branson Hills area and at a reasonable price.
We were not disappointed!
The condo was exactly as it appeared in the pictures on the VRBO website.
It was close to shopping and restaurants and a short easy drive to the “76 strip”.
The condo was well equipped and beautifully decorated.
We will certainly check here first on our next trip!
