  We stayed 3 nights over a weekend in July. The condo was perfect. Very clean, updated and great location. We still have so much, we want to do in Branson that we will be looking to book this condo again.

  Check in and Check out were very simple. We were very happy with our stay.

  Nice for my teens and me. Wasn’t there a whole lot as we were pretty busy doing things. Condo was a little bit of a drive from most of our activities and my teens wished the pool could be open past 9. Most days we didn’t get home until after 9 and it was still hot so they wanted to swim. Overall very quiet condo. The view was fantastic!

• Nice Unit, Strong Cigarette Smell

  Great location to Silver Dollar City. The condo was spacious enough for our family of four. It was a nice surprise that there was both a booster seat and high chair attachment for a chair (no over the shoulder straps though). It was relatively quiet except for some loud front door closing by other residents. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was nice and the living room very comfortable. There is no cable, which greatly disappointed my husband who wanted to watch a game on ESPN. The TVs are all smart TVs, so I was able to AirPlay what we needed/wanted from my phone. The reason why I gave 3 stars is that the unit smelled strongly of cigarettes. My family includes two young children, and the smell was very unpleasant. It seemed strongest in the primary bathroom. Once we were in the unit for a time, we got used to it, but upon entering the space it was quite strong. The property was listed as non-smoking, and there was signage displaying as such, but clearly someone had smoked in the unit. I would not have booked this unit knowing there had been a smoker there. Had the smell not been so overwhelming, it would have been a very nice stay.

  - We're glad to hear you enjoyed your overall stay, but disappointed to hear your stay didn't fully meet your expectations. 
  - We were confused by your comment about not having cable, we can only assume that the basic cable we provide does not offer the channel you wished to watch, but glad you were able to use the Smart TVs and utilize your Airplay. 
  - It is unfortunate that not all guests honor and respect our house rules and policies. It was reported the previous guest had smoked in the home, and where we had a deep cleaning conducted after their departure it is evident by your feedback the smell was still lingering. We have since taken corrective action and conducted an ozone odor remediation to address and resolve the issue. We're truly sorry for any inconvenience you encountered and hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide you with the 5-star experience you truly deserve. 
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
