  Although this condo had plenty of room for the 5 of us to stay and spread out, along with 3 bathrooms, which was a plus and plenty of bed space, there were some negatives. First off, the Primary Bedroom needed to be dusted. The primary bathtub/shower was dated and disgusting. ALL of the towels throughout the condo were older and worn. I’m not sure why we were asked to start a load of towels when there was no detergent AND we had paid a cleaning fee. Not to mention that the list of check out rules was extremely lengthy. Lastly, it was unacceptable that there was not a working ice maker, especially for the price we paid. Check in time was late…check out was early. It’s standard to have a check in at 3pm and a check out at 11. You all can do better.

  - The character and style of a home is a personal preference, and while the primary bathroom has a more classic design, it’s fully functional and has received positive feedback from guests who enjoy the spacious tub.
  - The towels were purchased earlier this year, but we’ll check their condition and replace any that are looking worn.
  - We’re sorry detergent wasn’t provided—our cleaning team uses a checklist to avoid misses like this, but it sounds like there was an oversight during your stay. We’ll make sure this is addressed for future guests.
  - Like most vacation rentals, we ask guests to do a few small things at check-out, like taking out the trash. The cleaning fee covers the professional cleaning crew that comes in to sanitize and get the home ready for the next guests.
  - Due to the local water’s high mineral content, many homes in the area avoid icemakers to prevent potential damage. Ice trays are provided, and with advance notice, we’d be happy to arrange a bag of ice for your stay.
  - Check-in and check-out times are set to allow our cleaners enough time to prepare the property for each guest. We’ve confirmed that the pre-stay email, including check-in instructions, was sent before your arrival. Guests are welcome to inquire about early check-ins or late check-outs, and while we can’t always guarantee them, we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
  We wish you had reached out during your stay—we would have been more than happy to help with any issues in real-time to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We do all we can to create the best experience, and we look forward to hosting many satisfied guests at this property in the future!

  Had a great time. Numerous pools and hot tubs and outside games. Entire staff at complex was super nice. Condo was better than advertised and we had a great time!

  We enjoyed our trip, however, I would suggest, with all due respect, that whoever cleans the condo consider a good, thorough cleaning that includes vacuuming the filthy return air vents that are encrusted with a black coating. The floor and rugs are also very dirty - it turned our bare feet and socks black. We were glad we brought our own pillows because the pillowcases and bed spreads had oily stains on them. I would also suggest leaving more than 1 kitchen towel to dry things.

  The condo is a good size, a good location, and nicely furnished. It just needs a good cleaning.

  Overall nice place to stay, with modern decor. Could use some attention to the main bath and kitchen cabinets could use a fresh coat of paint, but would definitely stay again.
